First 2 winter team workouts are on point

Our first two winter workouts were awesome as we had nearly 100 percent participation with our athletes not currently playing a winter sport. Add to this nearly 75% of our players are training at least four days a week with Coach Parry, we truly are focused on greatness. Remember the journey to greatness is a marathon not a sprint stay focused on your goals!!
