WINTER WORKOUTS BEGIN

Phase 1 of our conditioning program began with the weightroom being open M-W-F from 3-5p and Saturday 10-12 noon. We also are conducting our team strength and agility program on Tues-Thurs from 315-500pm. If you are not in season you are expected to be training. Any questions contact me!
