July means keep Grinding!

 July in the Country means team workouts and we keep grinding and working to win.  This year Coach Nate Parry designed a state of the art speed/agility program that is broke into 3 phases of the same workout.  A warmup of ladders and form run and dynamic stretch, followed by an agility plyometric circuit, followed by speed work and resistance overspeed training.  The program has been opened up to all athletes in the high school and middle school.
