As a sophomore he started on the varsity football team as a defensive end, won over 25 wrestling matches at 220, is a very good baseball player. What seperates Ryan Stienstraw from the average athlete is he gets it. Everyday after practicing he comes into the weightroom and gets a workout in, every single day.
