Some things i recommend in the first meeting to all young football players training in the weightroom. First we can't coach you in the weightroom if you are not there and second find an older player who trains like a maniac and follow their lead. Well Dante Terrett has done both very well. He is in the weightroom five days a week investing time to be great and he has been training with Steve Clemens who is one of our best in the room. You add those two things to some natural talent and ability and the sky is the limit for Dante. It is because of his training habits that Dante is this weeks Player of the Week. Congratulations Dante and remember it is a marathon not a sprint!
