WEEK ONE OF WINTER PROGRAM A SUCCESS

Anytime you raise the demands on what is required it is interesting to see the results.  This week in the base phase of our winter program with 5 sets and 40 reps obviously alot is required of our players.  Week one results are in and we are ready for the challenge and more for sure at this point.  The mentoring program where our varsity players coached our younger players on technique and record keeping was a HUGE SUCCESS!  Remember it is a marathon not a sprint keep working to be great!
