The next 5 weeks will go fast and then it will be football season.  Five weeks to lift and to run and work on your skills.  Five weeks to get the most out of your current ability so we can have a season that will shock the world.  So get up every morning ready to work and don't miss any of our Tuesday and Thursday speed agility trainings.  Go Highlanders!
